<b>Short description: </b><br/>

<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) combines a virtual component with a physical mobility abroad and is designed to foster collaborative learning, intercultural exchange, and interdisciplinary teamwork. <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> The programme is jointly developed by at least three international partner institutions, ensuring a truly international academic experience. It can be used for short training, internship and/or study mobility abroad. <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> During the virtual phase, participants from different countries and fields of study collaborate online on activities integrated into their study programme. This participation may occur before, during or after the BIP. <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> The physical component takes place in a Higher Education Institution (HEI) holding an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> BIPs must include at least 10 students, excluding professors and staff involved in running the programme and students from the host institution. Students from the receiving HEI’s country may participate (without counting towards the minimum), but organisational support is only provided for those from the European Union. <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> Academic recognition: A minimum of 3 ECTS and a maximum of 6 ECTS are awarded after completion. The activities that form the virtual or physical component must be integrated into the participants' study area, though not necessarily as part of the degree programme’s separate curricular units – they are awarded as a supplement to the diploma.

<b>Calendar and time needed:</b> BIPs can be organised at any time and may be multi-annual. The physical component must last between 5 and 30 days, while the virtual component has no specific duration limit. <br/>

<b>Language and level required:</b> The language requirement depends on the host institution and programme content; minimum recommended level is B2. <br/>

<b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b> <br/>
<span style="color:yellow;">◘</span> <b>Each BIP partnership must include:</b>
<ul>
  <li>A coordinating HEI – responsible for programme design, logistics, and reporting.</li>
  <li>A receiving HEI (which may also serve as the coordinating institution).</li>
  <li>At least two additional international partner HEIs.</li>

  <li>BIP registration with the BM.</li>
  <li>Publicising/presenting the BIP according to the template stipulated by UNITA Universitas Montion.</li>
  <li>Setting deadlines for nominations.</li>
  <li>Screening candidates and informing selected ones.</li>
  <li>Establishing contact with participants to clarify logistical aspects.</li>
  <li>Registering participants in the BM.</li>
  <li>Confirming signature of learnings.</li>
  <li>Issuing certificates of attendance and of After Mobility.</li>

<ul>
  <li>BIP application and programme definition (including objectives, description, methods and outcomes, field of education, target audience/participant profile, number of ECTS issued, language of instruction and requirements, dates and location for physical activity, dates for virtual component, virtual component description, organising board details, and application procedure and deadline).</li>
  <li>Coordinating both virtual and physical activities.</li>
  <li>BIP evaluation.</li>

  <li>Fill in and sign the learning form, which is then validated by the Erasmus Institutional Coordinator.</li>
  <li>Complete the experience report using the link generated by BM at the end of the mobility.</li>
