The '''[[Executive Coordinator|EC]]''' coordinates the project on a daily basis and is in charge of the good functioning of the governance by linking partners together and by effectively supporting their dialogue and interaction.  

=== Specific tasks ===
* Ensuring the proper functioning of project governance by liaising between UNITA partners, bodies and internal committees, [[Work Packages|WPs]] and [[Task Teams|TTs]], and by supporting the coordination of the [[UNITA Offices|UOs]] and the [[UO coordinator|UNITA Office Coordinator]].
* Ensuring the controlled evolution of project execution with the assistance of local project managers.
* Chairing the [[Management Committee|MC]].
* Supporting operatively the [[Quality and Evaluation Board|QEB]].
* Cooperating in the conception and writing of new project proposals, both UNITA and UNITA constellation projects.
* Cooperating with the Coordinators and Project Managers of the UNITA constellation projects to ensure their full integration within the European University framework.
* Supporting UNITA bodies in relations with the [[European Commission]].
* Ensuring the preparation and sending of the required documentation at all stages of the project.
* Creating all the management artefacts and proposing them for approval to the [[Management Committee|MC]] and [[Governance Board|GB]].
* Administering the document management and virtual collaboration platform [[UNITA Datacloud]].
