== Responsibilities == * Defining and regularly updating Guidelines for UNITA’s QA, benchmarking the current guidelines in the partner Universities. * Contributing to the shared documents defining project quality standards and monitoring rules, it publishes an annual self-assessment report on Good Practices which will be disseminated. * Monitoring through a Quality Review Checklist the project’s cost-benefit assessment and effectiveness, the achievement of objectives with their time and costs, and the stakeholders’ satisfaction, as expected within a QA framework. The findings and recommendations are synthetized in a biannual Quality Review Report. * Provide a comprehensive analysis of UNITA’s modus operandi and summarize it in an overall Self-Assessment Report on Good Practices, published and disseminated at international higher-education conferences and among associated members of the Alliance and sister Romance languages Universities in the EU and overseas.
