==== Meetings ==== * The five VR/VP Boards may convene independently for political discussions as needed. * Every three months, each Board holds a [[Steering Committee|Steering Committee]]—an enlarged meeting with the respective WP and TT co-leaders—via videoconference. * WP co-leaders initiate and chair the Steering Committees, gathering inputs from TT co-leaders. * Chairs for each domain: ** Education and Pedagogy Innovation – [[Work Package 3|WP3]] co-leaders ** Research and Innovation – [[Work Package 4|WP4]] co-leaders ** International Strategies and European values – [[Work Package 2|WP2]] co-leaders ** Communities Building – [[Work Package 1|WP1]] co-leaders ** Quality, Impact, and Sustainability – [[Work Package 5|WP5]] co-leaders * Meetings are scheduled on the [[https://datacloud.univ-unita.eu/index.php UNITA Datacloud]] calendar; convocations always CC the [[Improve_and_transform_the_governance_of_UNITA|TT1.1]] co-leaders, the [[Executive Coordinator|EC]], and the [[UNITA Offices|UOs]]. * VR/VP Boards hold in-person sessions during UNITA Weeks and may optionally participate—onsite or online—during WP Staff Weeks.
