Work Package Co-leaders

The Co-leader of the Work Package (WPL) is required to create and maintain over time the conditions that allow the TTs to focus on achieving their assigned objectives. The WPL supervises the complete finalization of each team's activity plans in accordance with the schedule, in constant liaison with the co-leader partner, transferring the vision and scope of the European University within the WP and among Task Teams.

Each WP has two co-leaders, nominated by the two universities co-leading the WP. Both have equal responsibilities and rights.

Specific tasks

• Organize WP meetings; draw up, upload and notify minutes.
• Invite or consult with Vice-Rectors, the EC, and other relevant actors (e.g., Legal Entity) when necessary.
• Follow the progress of tasks at both WP and individual Task levels.
• Facilitate circulation of information between interconnected Tasks and organize meetings with relevant teams and constellation projects.
• Support TT leaders in communication with APs and students.
• Facilitate decision-making within the WP.
• Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the WP from achieving its goals.
• Raise strategic issues/topics to the MC for decisions, after consulting the EC.
• Propose ideas and opportunities for the continuous improvement and sustainability of UNITA.
