The Task Team (TT) Member is required to contribute to the execution of the tasks assigned to the team according to schedule.
Specific tasks[edit | edit source]
- Participate in online and face-to-face meetings organized by the Task Co-leader.
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner and update the UNITA shared knowledge base.
- Act as a top-down and bottom-up connecting node between UNITA and the local University.
- Consult with the Task Co-leader, EC, and other relevant actors when necessary.
- Propose solutions and specifications to remove obstacles or prevent risks as an expert in the Task’s field of activity.
- Provide updates to the Task Co-leader on task progress; contribute to the preparation of reports and deliverables.
- Communicate and collaborate with the rest of the team, with the UO, and with other university offices.
- Propose ideas and opportunities for the continuous improvement and sustainability of UNITA.
