For this purpose, we will: • Increase mutual knowledge among UNITA stakeholders, consolidate a common identity among the alliance partners and project it to the external stakeholders. • Ensure the financial sustainability of the alliance by pulling resources to scout multiple sources of funding and increase our effectiveness in reaching them. • Impact on the green sustainability of our universities, by sharing best practices, incorporating sustainability in education and research, and by stimulating environmentally responsible behaviour among the UNITA community. • Observe and measure the transformative impact of UNITA within our universities and at the local, regional, national, and global level. • Develop a UNITA international relations policy to scale up our collaborations in Europe and beyond, notably working with European University Alliances and with our partners in the GEMINAE network. To reach these objectives, the Task team composed as described in Section 2.1.3 will be complemented by the Associated Partners listed for each Task. Objectives

Ensure the long-lasting, transformative effect of UNITA, by pursuing internal and external dissemination, guaranteeing its financial viability, promoting green education and practices, monitoring its long-term impact and seeking a global outreach. Ad hoc external advisory boards may be constituted to advise on given strategic Tasks.
