Task Team co-Leaders (TTL)

The Task Team Co-leader (TTL) must be able to create and maintain over time the conditions that allow the Task Team to focus on achieving the assigned objectives. The TTL is responsible for the complete and timely finalization of the team's activity plans, in constant liaison with the TTL co-leader partner.

Each task has two co-leaders, nominated by the two universities co-leading the task. Both have equal responsibilities and rights.

Specific tasks

• Organize Task Team meetings; draw up, upload and notify minutes.
• Invite or consult the WP co-leader, Vice-Rectors, EC and other relevant actors when necessary.
• Assign tasks to groups or individual team members and monitor that the entire Task Team contributes to task execution.
• Coordinate communication and participation of APs and students in task execution.
• Facilitate decision-making within the team.
• Actively identify and remove all obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals.
• Regularly update the progress of activities on the datacloud.univ-unita.eu/index.php Datacloud and verify that deadlines are met.
• Coordinate report preparation and deliverables with the team's input.
• Report on progress of activities in WP-level meetings.
• Propose ideas and opportunities for the continuous improvement and sustainability of UNITA.
