    Objectives

    Develop a UNITA international relations policy to scale up our collaborations in Europe and beyond, notably working with European University Alliances and with our partners in the GEMINAE network.

    The following objectives are drawn from the Internationalisation Strategy that the team is developing:

    • Cooperate towards the consolidation of the European Universities Initiative and contribute to in-creasing the global competitiveness of European Higher Education and Research Area.
    • Making the GEMINAE network lively and efficient.
    • Establishing a global ecosystem of Romance language universities.
    • Involving the academic community (staff) in internationalization and supporting the recognition of their actions.
    • Defining a model of sustainable and socially responsible internationalization.

    • Human Resources: List of staff on the task, roles and position:
      • Co-leaders Maurizio Tira and Ana Yetano Sánchez de Muniaín + 5.5 TT members
      • 37 persons involved in the Task (all universities are represented)
      • Profiles: mostly related to International Relations Service
    • Financial: Budget allocated to the task:
      • 9.500€ for travels, accommodation, subsistence
      • 98.822€ for other costs
    • Materials: Type of materials required (computers, software, scientific tools): UNITA Datacloud, UNITA Virtual Campus, they need good catalogues for track mobilities (BIP, rural, etc.), the app used by different institutions to accept/manage mobilities, Rural Mobility and the local partners agreements, Excel files with the offers, Course catalogues for mobilities, Course catalogues for Rural Mob, BIPS, Each university use app tools, the need applications and tools to work much more easy than now, data base, centralised files, common tools.
