Vision and Objectives[edit | edit source]

UNITA consortium wants to create a uniform strategy for capacity building in the knowledge transfer process and the entrepreneurial development.

The specific objectives of INNOUNITA are linked to each Work package:

Effective Planning, organisation and monitoring activity of the project (WP1)
Building a digital infrastructure for exchange of information regarding the activities of the project among UNITA partners and stakeholders (WP2)
Organization of awareness and training events on the themes of the project, as well as the sharing of good practices via participation in international events of innovation, entrepreneurship and technology transfer and international networks, finalized to give to every partner to improve the international network and give the opportunity to share experiences (WP3).
Improve the capacity of HEIs to benefit from EIT KICs entrepreneurial programmes and, at the same time,contrbuting to the KICs strategic goals (WP4).
Establishing a set of activities and structures to enhance the visibility of HEIs toward the local and international innovation ecosystem, to promote the startups coming from the UNITA partners (WP5).
Define a Unita blueprint for training and mentoring programme in entrepreneurship for students, faculty and staff (WP6).
Scale up at alliance level a best practices model for internships, connecting students and industry (WP7).
