It is responsible for the overall coordination of UNITA project implementation, operational decision-making, and ensuring budget compliance.     • Monitor project progress regularly, ensuring results meet expectations; drive organizational change and oversee its implementation.
    • Approve and sign off on all key management milestone artefacts.
